Our company specializes in several kinds of electrical work: from low voltage to high voltage. We possess highly competitive advantage in high voltage works considering that our only competition are outsourced U.S. companies. Through years of successful projects, we’ve become Guam Power Authority’s preferred company for high voltage works. PSI possesses a wide variety of experience due working with the military, utility, commercial and private sector. While PSI boasts 14 years of conducting these works, the Vice President & the General Manager (Ronald Carolino) has 31 years of construction field experience in these electrical works. The company won 6 consecutive Guam Contractors Association Excellence in Construction awards from 2014-2020. PSI possesses experience in typhoon restoration projects in both Guam and Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
PSI’s key staff and field personnel have experience in a wide array of works including, but not limited to, electrical work systems, communication & data systems, fire alarm systems, power substations, underground transmissions, and distribution power systems.
As a growing company, we seek to improve and expand our services. Currently PSI has also started in expanding into mechanical engineering works.
In PSI’s effort to expand the business, we’ve added Equipment Rental as well as Retailing of Construction Materials to our operations.
PSI has experience working on both Andersen Air Force Base, and the Naval Base of Guam from 2006 with ongoing projects to this day. We’ve primarily been in association with DBMACC & MACC contractors which comprise the military program.
